FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The product
- Which exams does Examussim cover?
- We are launching with AWS Solutions Architect — Associate (SAA-C03). Additional exams are added one at a time after each new bank meets our quality bar. If there is an exam you want us to build for, write to us.
- How many questions are in the bank?
- We publish the current question count on each exam's overview page. The bank grows every week. A subscription gives you everything, including items added after you sign up.
- Do you use AI to write the questions?
- No. Questions, rationales, and distractor commentary are written by human contributors with experience in the services the exam covers. A senior editor reviews every item before it ships.
Plans and billing
- What happens after my subscription expires?
- Your account remains active. You lose access to the full bank but keep any one-time domain packs or the Mock Vault you bought permanently. You can resume your subscription at any time.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and can be done from your account page in one click.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a 14-day refund on the first subscription payment and on one-time purchases, provided usage is below our fair-use threshold. See the refund policy for details.
- Are there team or corporate plans?
- Not yet. We are rolling out a small-team plan in the coming months. Write to us if you are planning a team purchase and we will work with you.
Content and compliance
- Are you affiliated with the exam vendors?
- No. Examussim is an independent study platform. We reference public exam blueprints and use vendor names and service marks under fair-use referential rules only.
- Do you guarantee I'll pass?
- No, and be wary of any service that claims it does. We provide high-quality practice material. The work is still yours.
- How do I report an error in a question?
- Every question has a Flag control inside the study surface. Your report goes into our editorial queue and you'll hear back when it is reviewed.
